Since July 2022, Mr Andrea De Domenico heads the UN Office in Jerusalem, which monitors aid access to Gaza and human rights issues in East Jerusalem and the rest of the occupied West Bank.Previously, he was Deputy Head from 2019. He has over twenty years’ experience in humanitarian assistance and emergency relief, both in the field and at headquarters.
Between 1998 and 2005, Mr De Domenico worked in Albania, the DRC, Kosovo and Pakistan, with various NGOs, managing humanitarian programmes and operations. On 1 May, Andrea will analyse the provision of humanitarian aid to Gaza, past and present, and take your questions.
